- Sportify Barnyard Millet grains can be grinded into powders & can be easily added to your regular atta as well at 10-30% level to make roti/chapatti/poori/paratha.
- Barnyard Millet Rice Type Preparation: Soak 1 cup of Sportify Barnyard millet in 2 cups of water for about 15 minutes. Add 1tsp of edible cold-pressed oil like coconut oil. Now pressure cook the millets & water mixture in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles and switch off the stove. Leave the cooker for about 10 minutes and remove the lid. Do not mix the millet immediately. Otherwise the millets will become mushy.
